Head Coach: Chad Sinclair

Coach Sinclair has been an integral part of Natick Wrestling since his high school days at NHS. A standout athlete, he earned multiple state tournament podium finishes, culminating in a 3rd-place finish at the prestigious New England Championships. Following high school, Coach Sinclair continued to excel in the sport at Norwich University, where he served as team captain during his senior year and clinched the NE College Championship title.

With a deep passion for coaching, Coach Sinclair has been a longtime varsity assistant coach, contributing to some of Natick's most successful wrestling teams. In 2021, he transitioned to lead the K-4 wrestling program, where he has fostered a love for the sport in the next generation of athletes. In addition to his coaching duties, Coach Sinclair is a dedicated Physical Education teacher at Natick High School, where he inspires students both on and off the mat.
